½ c shortening
1 c Brown sugar
1 egg
½ c. cold coffee
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup raisins
½ tsp salt
Nuts optional
Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1,2,3. Add coffee, dry ingredients. Add raisins. Spread in greased shallow pan. Bake 350° until done. Cool & frost.
