1 tin Klik or Kam cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp. domestic shortening
1 (19 oz) tin York Potatoes drained and cubed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 Maple Leaf Eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy frypan sauté onion in shortening until golden. Add klik or kam and potatoes and cook until lightly browned stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir in mustard. Make 4 indentations in top of hash mixture. Break an egg into each depression. Cover with lid or foil and cook until eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper.
