Batter:
2 eggs
3/4 c flour
2 tbsp. water
salt

Sauce:
1 c white sugar
1 c vinegar
1 c ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut port in cubes and mix flour, eggs, water and salt. Dip pork in batter. Place in frying pan and brown on all sides. Place in baking pan, mix sauce ingredients and pour over pork. Put in oven at 350ºF for one hour.
