1 stick butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup coconut
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a pie crust and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Test with toothpick inserted in middle to see if pie is done. Nothing should stick to the toothpick.
