1 1/2 lb chopped lean hamburger
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 jar (21 oz) Ragu Italian cooking sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (6 oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Using only 1 c of the Italian cooking sauce combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Divide meat mixture into thirds. Spread 1/3 in bottom of loaf pan (9 1/2 X 5 X 3") and cover with half the cheese. Repeat layers ending with meat. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for about one hour or until done. Heat remaining Italian cooking sauce. Pour some over the meat loaf and serve the remainder in a gravy boat.
