1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 c milk
3 c pkg biscuit mix
3/4 c chopped walnuts
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. nutmeg
1 c fresh cranberries coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine sugar, egg and milk with spoon. Beat in biscuit mix and spices until mixture is very thick and almost smooth. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Spoon mixture to greased 9X5 loaf pan and bake 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
