3 eggs beaten well
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Filling:
2 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/3-1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375º.In a large mixing bowl, gradually add sugar to the beaten eggs. Stir in the pumpkin and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl place the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and salt. Then sift and fold into the egg/pumpkin mixture.

Grease and lightly flour a 15" x 10" x 1" pan (jelly roll pan). Pour in the batter and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped walnuts. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Immediately loosen edges of cake and turn out onto a towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Starting with the narrow end of the cake, roll towel and cake together and let cool.

Place the filling ingredients into a shallow bowl and mix well with an electric mixer until creamy. Unroll the cake and spread the cream cheese filling on the whole cake. Rollback up without the towel.
