2 1/4 cups water
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
dash tabasco
1 1/2 cups or 10 oz. box couscous
6 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
12 small mushrooms, sliced thin
3/4 cup coarsely shredded carrots
3/4 cup chopped green onions
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In medium saucepan combine water, bouillon and tabasco. heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, cover tightly, allow to stand 30 minutes. In large skillet, melt butter and stir in dill, garlic, pepper, mushrooms and carrots. Saute until slightly limp. Add green onions and salt, tossing lightly. Stir in couscous. Serve immediately.
