3/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated angel hair pasta
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
1 small zucchini, peeled and cut into small chunks
1/2 (8-ounce) package shredded carrots
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl until sugar dissolves. Prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain pasta. Add pasta, chicken, and next 4 ingredients to dressing in bowl; toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
