1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
1 egg
garlic powder to taste
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

Glaze:

1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup apricot pineapple preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ketchup, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, and place into a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, stir together the ingredients for the glaze. Pour over the meatloaf about 20 minutes before removing from the oven.
