12 ounces shelled shrimp
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon snipped parsley

Directions:

Place shrimp in a colander and rinse well under cold water. Dry with paper towels. Halve cherry tomatoes; set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over a medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook about three minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.

Add halved cherry tomatoes and lemon juice to skillet; cook about 30 seconds or until tomatoes are heated through.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
