1 pound pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 (10-ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained

Slice pork crosswise into eight pieces. Flatten slightly. Brown pork. Remove and keep warm. Mix next six ingredients and add to skillet. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens; simmer 1 minute. Return pork to skillet and heat. Garnish with oranges.
