1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 medium onion, cut in thin rings
1 (8-ounce) package linguini
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, and pepper. Blend in peanut butter. Set aside.

Preheat a large skillet over a high heat. Add oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger in hot oil for 15 seconds. Add onion and stir fry until crisp tender. Remove veggies from skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Push chicken from the center of the skillet.

Stir sauce and add to skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Return veggies to skillet. Coat with sauce and cook until heated through. Top with green onions and serve over linguini.
