1 package bone-in chicken breasts with skin
flour
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
freshly ground black pepper
1 quart of buttermilk
corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 8 to 10 hours. Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, and black pepper. Dip chicken into buttermilk and then into flour mixture again. Lay chicken carefully in frying pan (using tongs to keep chicken juicy) filled with hot oil halfway up the side of the chicken. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Turn chicken. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove chicken and drain on white paper toweling.

Serve with honey mustard. To make honey mustard, mix equal parts yellow mustard and light mayonnaise until smooth, and that add honey, to taste.
