1 pound fettuccine (or whatever pasta you like)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 cans tomatoes, roughly chopped with liquid
1 can tuna fish, drained
1 cup frozen green peas
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Directions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes or until golden. Add the tomatoes and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tuna fish to the pan, breaking up the chunks with the side of a spoon. Add green peas. Stir to mix, and cook 5 minutes, uncovered, over a moderate heat. Remove from heat, and stir in pepper, basil, and butter. Drain pasta thoroughly and toss with the sauce in the pan.
