1/4 pound ham
1/4 pound fresh broccoli
1 small onion
1/2 cup fresh parsley
6 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion, and parsley. Coarsely grate cheese. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.

Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13" baking stone with bases overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. There should be a 3" diameter circle in the center. Evenly spoon filling over the base. Fold points of triangles over the filling and tuck under base at center. Filling will not be completely covered.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
