1/2 Cup Margarine or butter
1 Cup Chicken broth
1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1 Cup Half and Half
1 Cup Flour
1 lb. Pepper jack cheese
1/2 Cup of Green Chile
1 1/2 Cup Chopped cooked Chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine/butter in a large pan then whisk in flour. Next whisk in broth until smooth and thick.
Add cheese and continue to stir until melted.
Mix in milk and Half & Half constantly stirring, add chicken and chile.
Heat through and serve.

Keep heat at a medium level and stir constantly.
