Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1 (12 oz) jar Ortega Thick and Chunky Salsa (use mild or medium or hot, or substitute 12 oz jar Ortega Picante Sauce)
6 (9 in) Flour Tortillas
1 cup Ortega Refried Beans
1 cup Sour Cream
4 oz Shredded Lettuce for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown beef. Drain,
Stir in 1/2 cup Salsa
Spread 1/4 cup Salsa in 10 in pie plate.
Top with 1/2 of the beans, then 1/2 of the meat mixture, then 1/2 sour cream, and 1/2 cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cover with Foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. then top with lettuce, remaining salsa, and additional sour cream.
