1 c. shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 lb rotimi or penne pasta, cooked al dente, drained and cooled
1 16oz package ham, diced
1/2 pound salami, diced
1/2 lb provolone, or mozzarella cheese diced small
1 32 oz Italian olive salad, drained, oil reserved

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients but the drained oil in a bowl and toss. Add reserved oil to taste.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
