1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Margarine (Stick)
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, ripe, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Tblsp sour milk (2 Tblsp Milk, 1 Tblsp vinegar)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and bananas.
Combine baking soda and sour milk. Add.
Add flour and salt. Mix well.
Pour into 2 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 mins.
