6 Tblsp Cocoa or 2 sq oz chocolate
1 Tblsp oil (optional)
2 cups Sugar
2/3 cup Cream
2 Tblsp Light Corn Syrup
2 Tblsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Few grains of salt
Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place Sugar, Cocoa, Cream, Corn Syrup, Butter, and Salt in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Cover until boiling point is reached.
Cook without stirring until the temperature reaches 240 degrees, or "soft ball" stage in cold water.
Add vanilla, stir.
Cool without stirring to lukewarm (110 degrees).
Beat until creamy, and mixture loses it's shine.
Add nuts if desired.
Pour into buttered pan. If too hard to spread, add a few drops of cream.
