1 lb raw shrimp for 2 people
1 sleeve of Ritz or Townhouse crackers
1 stick butter plus a couple tablespoons
2 Tsp of minced garlic
Lemon slice, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Add about 1/2 pound shrimp per person, if more than 2 people
Remove shrimp shells, including from tails
Rinse shrimp in colander
Pat shrimp dry
Place shrimp in any kind of glass baking dish, don't have more than 2 layers. Use 2 dishes, if necessary
Melt 1 stick of butter
Put minced garlic into melting butter
Crush crackers to make crumbs
Stir cracker crumbs into melted butter
Place buttery cracker crumbs all over shrimp in casserole dish
Spritz with a little lemon, if you like
Place little pats of butter over the cracker crumbs
Bake at 325º for 20 minutes
