3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 teas. Salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1Teas. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether and pour in a 9x12 greased dish and then top with the following:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped pecan
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
Mix together and put on top of potatoes. I usually use my hands and a fork to help spread on top.

Bake 300º F for about 45 min.

Sometimes it might take longer to cook. I usually check and be sure it is brown on top.
