Crust:

1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Assorted fruit of your choice:

Blueberries, canned/fresh peaches, kiwi, banana, strawberries, etc.

Glaze:

3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:

Cut cookie dough into 1/8” slices and arrange on pizza pan. (Using your hands you will have to mold cookie dough to make one large crust without breaks.)

Cook sugar cookie dough according to package directions, or until done. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crust. Cut and arrange desired fruit on top of the crust and mixture.

Combine and cook glaze over medium heat. (It will thicken slightly to about a honey consistency.) Let cool slightly. (Do not let it get cold or it will become too thick to spread.)

Spread with glazing brush over fruit. Cover and refrigerate fruit pizza. Make the day before or at least 4 hours before serving.
