1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. rum

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in air-tight container

These no-bake cookies have been a Christmas cookie in our house for years. It is good to wait and roll in powdered sugar just before serving. (If not, you may want to re-roll when ready to serve.)
