3/4 cup butter
5 cups sugar
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk (almost the size of a can of soup)
3 (6-ounce) bags chocolate chips
1 small (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1 pound walnuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium-high heat for five minutes, stirring frequently. Pour heated mixture over last three ingredients and stir until chips are melted and all is thoroughly combined. Pour this mixture into a well-greased pan, and refrigerate until set. Cut fudge into 1-inch squares before thoroughly hardened. After fudge is set, it can be stored at room temperature.
