1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 (16-ounce) bag of frozen corn, thawed
2 tablespoons diced green bell pepper
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos
1 tablespoon minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard, pepper, and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in corn, bell pepper, pimientos, and onion. Cool. Pour into pint jar. Cover tightly. Refrigerate 3 days before serving.

Will keep refrigerated for 1 month.
