2 cups white sugar
1 cup crisco
4 eggs beaten
6 ripe bananas
1 cup nuts chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat together. Slice bananas and add to above. Stir in salt, baking powder, soda and flour. Mix well. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350º for 45 minutes or till done.

This was Aunt Gena's recipe (Dad's twin Sister). This is very moist and easy to stir up.
