3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup water
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
12 oz. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Stir sugar, flour, soda, and spices into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center; add nuts, oil, eggs 2/3 cup water, and pumpkin. Blend well; pour into a large greased and floured angel food cake pan or 2 small loaf pans.

Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
