Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of Pillsbury pie dough (uncooked and already rolled out)
4 packages of Stouffer's Spinach Souffle (in the frozen vegetable aisle)
1 yellow onion, diced
1 large package of mushrooms, sliced
2 to 3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a pan and saute the mushrooms and onions until
the onions are soft and translucent.

Take the cellophane off the spinach souffles and heat them in the
microwave until thoroughly defrosted (about 5 minutes). You could
also just defrost them thoroughly in the fridge and skip this step.

Get two glass pie dishes, and place a round of pie dough in each
one. Crimp the edges. Prick the bottom of the dough. Divide the
mushrooms and onions evenly between the two pie dishes. Top
with the thawed spinach souffles -- two in each dish. Cook at
350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in wedges and serve.
