2 1/2 cups Nilla wafer crumbs
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup rum
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine crumbs and pecans until finely ground.

Empty crumb mixture into a large bowl, and add corn syrup, cocoa, and rum. Mix well. Roll into 1" balls and allow balls to dry for one hour.

Roll dried balls in powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.
