1 cup Hellmann's light mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix (it's a dry mix)
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream, preferably not no-fat or light
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. This can be made a day in advance.

For an attractive presentation, serve the dip in a hollowed out King Hawaiian Bread, slicing the scooped out bread on the side. You can also serve with with your favorite crackers or with fresh vegetables.
