Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 strips of Thick cut bacon
1/4 cup of your favorite beer
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Start off by baking the bacon on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes on a shallow baking sheet until they were crispy.
Transfer them to a cooling rack.
Once they completely dripped free of the oil and cooled transfer them to a different deep baking dish.
Add a 1/2 cup of brown sugar sprinkled over the cooked bacon then add 1/4 cup of beer.
Heat bacon again on 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Just enough time for the brown sugar to start bubbling. Remove it from the oven and immediately transfer it back to the wire rack to cool.
