2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 3/4 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
3 tablespoons pine nuts or almonds
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 to 1/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic in food processor. Process for 5 to 10 seconds or until minced. Add basil, parsley, and almonds, and process again. Add olive oil through the feed tube in a steady stream with processor on; scrape down sides of processor if necessary. Add 1/4 cup of broth and process until thoroughly combined. Add remaining broth if necessary.
