1/2 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp oil
2 cans 15 oz Black beans
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 chicken bouillons
1 bean soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and green pepper. Mince garlic. Cook in oil until soft. Add beans with liquid. Add cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt and bouillons. Simmer 15-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
