Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Velveeta Cheese
1 Can Hot or regular Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
Green Chile to taste (start with 8 oz., fresh or frozen is best but canned can add to the "green" taste without adding more heat)
Jalapeņos for additional heat if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Rotel tomatoes and soup.
Stir in cubed Velveeta and green chile. I do this on low in a slow cooker (have started it on high or in the microwave if I needed to get it going quicker).
After everything is melted together, taste and add additional chile or jalapeņos as desired. Serve with Tostitos.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This stays great in the slow cooker and also can be frozen.
