Ingredients: Start with a chicken carcas Cover with 1 can of chicken stock & 1 can of vegetable sock & the rest with water Also put in a couple of carrots (whole ) and celery sticks and onion cut in half & 1 bay leaf Bring to a boil then turn it down to simmer. Cook 2 - 4 hours on simmer. After it has cooked remove carcas and vegetables then strain liquid. Put liquid back into the Pot and add chicken from the carcas (if you need more chicken just cook a chicken breast or two and shred that) cut up carrots, celery, potatoes and I use a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. (I used Mexican frozen vegetables). Also add 3 dashes of white marinade from Lea & Perrins (or white Worcestershire ). Put in a couple cloves of crushed garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Add a couple shakes of Tabasco .. Cook 45 mins to 1 hour or vegetables are cooked. Add noodles of your choice, homemade, store bought or I have gotten Grandmas frozen noodles. Cook noodles in a separate pan and drain before putting into soup. Enjoy!
