1 cup grits (yellow or white)
5 cups water or 2 cups milk and 3 cups water
2-5 pats of sweet butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream Cheese
Grate Cheddar Cheese
Whole Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in your crock pot. Eight hours before you want to eat breakfast, set it to low and start. Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 block cream cheese in the morning and add whole milk if needed. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
