¾ c. butter, room temperature
½ c. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb. frozen crawfish - rinsed and drained
1 lb. Velveeta® cheese, cubed
1 can Ro*tel® tomatoes with green chiles, drained
½ c. green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic.
Cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
Add crawfish, cook 2 minutes, stirring. Remove from pan, cover and keep warm. Add cheese and tomatoes to pan, cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
Stir in the crawfish and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.

I put mixture in a small slow cooker on low, but watch that it does not burn on the bottom.
