Spring Risotto Rice Recipe

3 Tbsp Butter or Marj
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 med onion thinly sliced
1 tsp of minced garlic or more
2 cups of Minute rice ( uncooked)
1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper
1/2 cup of Milk
2 cans ( 10 fl oz or 284 ml) each of Chicken Broth
1 bunch of Asparagus, trimmed, cut into 2 in pieces
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese , divided

Melt butter with oil in deep frying pan on med heat. Add onion and garlic Cook and stir 2 to 3 min or until tender.

Stir in rice. Add broth, Milk,Asparagus mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 min.

Add 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese salt & pepper Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese before serving.
