This is the stuffing I grew up on and still use today

2lb stuffing mix
1 - Sausage roll
2lb - chop meat
1 - Stick pepperoni
2 - Medium onions chopped fine
1 1/2 - 2 - cups celery chopped fine
2 cans - 14.5oz chicken broth
8 - Tablespoons butter (1 stick)
2 - Raw eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage roll and chop meat - drain - set aside
Melt the butter - Sauté the onions and celery - add the pepperoni and cook until tender (about 5 minutes)

In a large bowl
Place the stuffing mix
Add the onion / celery & pepperoni mixture
Mix until blended
Add the meat mixture & chicken broth

Using a large heavy duty spatula or with rub gloves on mix until well blended.
At the 2 raw eggs and mix well.
Stuff the turkey.

Place any extra stuffing in a casserole dish and heat in the oven
