8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
2 cans (10 oz. ea) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c milk
3 tsp prepared horseradish
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 med. onion chopped
12 oz. c tuna, drained
1 tbsp butter

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions

Saute sliced mushrooms and chopped onion in butter till onion is soft.

In a large bowl, combine soup, mayo, milk, horseradish.

Stir in mushrooms, onion, and tuna.

Drain noodles and stir into soup misture.

Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.

If you like you can toss 1 tbsp melted butter with 1/4 c bread crumbs and sprinkle over top before baking.
