Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 c 7 up 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 4 eggs, beaten 2 (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix 3/4 c milk 3/4 c evaporated milk 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed Chocolate Glaze 3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips 2 Tbsp. shortening 3 - 4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add 7 up. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir in flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat until mixture hold together. Cool 6 to 7 minutes. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after addition. Spread mixture onto parchment lines 15x10x1" jelly roll pan. Pierce dough lightly at 3" intervals. Bake 350* 30 to 40 minutes. Pierce dough lightly at 3" intervals
Combine pudding mix, milk and cream cheese. Beat until thoroughly blended. Spread mixture over cooled pastry. Spread topping with whipped topping.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a medium saucepan. Add sugar and milk to make a glaze Drizzle glaze over topping Refrigerate 2 hours. |

Notes: I dipped strawberries in the chocolate glaze to top each slice when serving. I did add 1 tsp. extra vanilla in pudding mixture. Pudding mixture will be very thick.
