1/2 cup butter
1 c 7 up
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c milk
3/4 c evaporated milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate Glaze
3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
3 - 4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add 7 up.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Stir in flour, cinnamon and salt.
Beat until mixture hold together.
Cool 6 to 7 minutes.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after addition.
Spread mixture onto parchment lines 15x10x1" jelly roll pan.
Pierce dough lightly at 3" intervals.
Bake 350* 30 to 40 minutes.

Combine pudding mix, milk and cream cheese.
Beat until thoroughly blended.
Spread mixture over cooled pastry.
Spread topping with whipped topping.

Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a medium saucepan.
Add sugar and milk to make a glaze
Drizzle glaze over topping
Refrigerate 2 hours.

I dipped strawberries in the chocolate glaze to top each slice when serving.
I did add 1 tsp. extra vanilla in pudding mixture. Pudding mixture will be very thick.
