1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh oregano {chopped}
2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, a few grinds

Whipped Feta:

1 (6-ounce) package Feta, at room temperature
2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon dill
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt, as needed

Burgers:

4 gourmet hamburger buns
4 large slices tomato
16 slices cucumber
4 slices onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form into 4 hamburger patties. Grill over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Whipped Feta:

Pulse Feta in the food processor until crumbly. Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined. Throw in the dill, garlic and lemon zest. Add the Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the consistency you'd like is achieved, pulsing and scraping the sides of the processor as needed. It should be creamy, but still thick. I used 4 tablespoons.

Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve your burgers.

I didn’t like turkey burgers until I made these. Moist and tangy, these hit all the right notes, creating a symphony of flavors that’s sure to delight.
