1 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. allspice, 1/2 tsp. clove, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup whiskey
1# candied pineapple (green)
1# chopped cherries
2 qt. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 300.º

Cream butter, sugar and eggs (1 at a time). Sift flour and spices together. Add to batter mixture. Pour batter over fruit and nuts. Mix by hand. Drop on greased cookie sheet (or use parchment paper).
