2 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
2 cup milk
2# ground beef
2 egg
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 (14.5 oz) can cream style corn
16 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Coat 9x12 baking dish with cooking spray.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook ground beef and onion and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine jalapeno mix, milk, egg, and corn.

Pour half mixture into baking dish. Cover with ground beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining bread mixture.

Bake until golden brown. Approximately 1 hour.
