1 c. Bisquick
1 c. of any yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 T. rainbow sprinkles
2 T. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 T. milk
2 or 3 cups powdered sugar
Small birthday candles

Directions:
Mix together the Bisquick and the powdered yellow cake mix.
Mix together the slightly beaten eggs, vanilla and milk.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix but do not beat.
Stir in the rainbow sprinkles.

For the topping mix the butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar till smooth

Pour the cakes on the grill to be about four inches in diameter.
Brown on both sides.
Spread on a bit of frosting and top with additional sprinkles and a birthday candle.

We serve these for both young and old on birthday mornings. The Grands like 400's (chocolate milk over ice) with pancakes. These are quite sweet so the adults usually prefer theirs with coffee.
