6 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1-1/2 pounds Ricotta
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup cooked Rice
juice 1/2 Lemon
juice 1/2 Orange

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.

Mix all ingredients (except Rice), then fold in Rice and place in well greased 9" or 10" pie dish.

Bake at 375 º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
