1/2 cube butter
1 bell pepper chopped
1 Yellow onion chopped
1 can cream corn
1 can regular corn and juice
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
2 eggs - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter, bell pepper and onion in microwave for 5 minutes.

Add cream corn and regular corn with juice.

Mix in one box of Jiffy Corn Bread mix. Add two beaten eggs.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in 9x13 pan, until knife comes out clean.

Serve on dinner plate (almost as a veggie). Eat with fork. Don't try to pick up or eat with honey!!
