1 pound Ricotta Cheese
1 pound Philadelphia Cream Cheese
I pint Sour Cream
1/2 pint Heavy Cream
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
4 Egg Yolks
1-1/2 cups Sugar
2 (heaping) Tablespoons Flour
4 Egg Whites
4 ounces Graham Cracker Crumbs
Butter (to coat pan)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.

Blend Ricotta and Cream Cheese well. Add in Sour Cream, Heavy Cream, Salt, Vanilla, Egg Yolks, Sugar and Flour. Then beat the 4 egg whites into soft peaks and blend into filling. Butter a 10" Spring Pan, then sprinkle with the Graham Cracker Crumbs.

Bake at 400º for 1/2 hour.
turn to 350º Bake for 1/2 hour
Let sit in oven for 1 hour
Open oven door sit for 6-8 hours
